The E-commerce Manager Away From Home position lies within the UK eCommerce team and will look after online and digital sales for the foodservice channel. This opportunity is perfect for an individual who is passionate about building brands in the digital world, winning online customers using data and knowing how to grow online customers.What You’ll DoDeliver the Away From Home strategy to win across online and emerging channels to drive sustainable and profitable growthLiaise with E-wholesale and Key Account teams to accelerate the online presence and visibility of our brands across all platformsCollaborate with the online team to ensure best-practice and coherence to our total digital strategy across all Foodservice customersExplore any new digital opportunities, innovation and get in touch with new consumers in the foodservice channelWork closely with Delivery Aggregator customers to implement JBPs for new relationships that help improve our digital presence for our brands ‘away from home at home’Collaborate with the Zone team to build sustainable and bold objectives and influence the international strategy in this area.What You’ll NeedGuideline 2+ years’ experience in eCommerce, either within a retail/FMCG company or e-commerce platformIn depth knowledge of the online shopper and understanding of the fundamentals of category management for online.Strong customer relationship management skillsExperience in managing complexity across multiple departmental functionsExcellent analytical skills and strong ability to interpret data and turn it into actionsCommercially and financially astuteStrong understanding of how to win the digital shelfIdeally a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree Professional AttributesConsumer and Customer FocusYou demonstrate a passion for the consumer and a genuine curiosity for the customer, thinking of innovative solutions to drive performance.Communication SkillsAt Kraft Heinz you’ll be exposed to senior management, no matter your level.
