As we expand our digital footprint, we're seeking a strategic E-Commerce Manager to drive online growth across both B2B and B2C channels, blending wholesale efficiency with retail delight in the vibrant world of children's fashion. Job SummaryThe E-Commerce Manager will lead the end-to-end digital sales strategy for Zizo & Souad (wholesale) and Nara Kids Wear (retail). Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will optimize our online platforms to boost revenue, enhance customer experiences, and ensure seamless integration between wholesale bulk orders and retail direct-to-consumer sales. This role requires a data-driven mindset, a keen eye for kids' fashion trends, and the ability to collaborate across teams to create magical shopping journeys for parents and little ones alike. Full-time position, remote-friendly with occasional travel to our headquarters. Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute E-Commerce Strategy: Create and implement tailored digital strategies for Zizo & Souad's B2B wholesale platform (e.g., bulk pricing, account management portals) and Nara Kids Wear's B2C retail site (e.g., personalized recommendations, flash sales), aligning with overall business goals to drive 20-30% YoY revenue growth.- Platform Management and Optimization: Oversee website development, user experience (UX/UI), and content updates on platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce; ensure mobile responsiveness and fast load times for browsing adorable outfits on the go.- Product Merchandising and Inventory: Curate seasonal collections for kids' wear (newborn to tween sizes), manage product listings with engaging descriptions and high-quality imagery, and synchronize inventory across wholesale and retail to prevent stockouts during peak seasons like back-to-school.- Digital Marketing and Customer Acquisition: Partner with marketing teams to run targeted campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media) focused on parent demographics; promote Zizo & Souad to retailers via LinkedIn and trade portals, while building Nara's community through Instagram influencers and kid-friendly email nurtures.- Sales Performance and Analytics: Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value (AOV), cart abandonment, and customer lifetime value (CLV) using tools like Google Analytics; generate monthly reports and A/B test initiatives to refine strategies.- Customer Experience and Support: Enhance the online journey with features like size guides, virtual try-ons, and easy returns; handle escalated wholesale inquiries and retail feedback to foster loyalty and repeat business in a family-centric brand.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, supply chain, and creative teams to launch new lines; integrate wholesale data (e.g., retailer feedback) to inform retail trends, ensuring cohesive branding across both arms.- Trend Analysis and Innovation: Stay ahead of kids' fashion trends (e.g., sustainable fabrics, gender-neutral designs) and e-commerce best practices; recommend tools like AI personalization or AR previews to elevate our playful, inclusive vibe. Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Fashion Management, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in fashion/apparel or kids' products; hands-on with both B2B wholesale and B2C retail channels.- Proven track record of driving online sales growth (e.g., 15%+ increase in revenue metrics).- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo for email, Hotjar for UX insights).- Proficiency in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, PPC) and data analysis (Excel, Tableau basics). Preferred Skills- Passion for children's clothing and family-oriented branding; experience with sustainable or inclusive kids' wear a plus.- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.- Creative problem-solver with a childlike curiosity for trends and user behavior.- Familiarity with wholesale-specific tools (e.g., ERP integration for bulk orders) and retail personalization tech. What We Offer- Competitive salary, plus performance bonuses tied to sales targets.- Opportunity to shape the digital future of two exciting brands in a creative, supportive culture.
