Our growth is fuelled by innovation, automation, and a creative edge — from fan merchandise to premium lifestyle brands.We're now scaling our direct-to-consumer (DTC) efforts and looking for a commercially-minded E-Commerce Manager to lead the charge.The RoleAs E-Commerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, trading, and day-to-day performance of all Print Clever-run stores — spanning internal brands and high-profile OBS (Own Branded Store) partnerships. This is a leadership role with hands-on elements: you’ll manage a small team, drive traffic and sales, and own everything from digital merchandising to campaign delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesStore Performance & Commercial TradingOwn performance KPIs across all stores (AOV, CR, bounce rate, LTV, margin)Plan and execute trading calendars, promotions, and new product launchesAlign campaigns with brand/partner goals and merchandising best practicesMarketing & ConversionLead SEO, PPC (Google/Meta), email, and promotional strategyCoordinate campaigns with the design team to align messaging and visualsRun A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve UX and reduce frictionTeam ManagementManage a team of e-commerce assistants, designers, and marketersRun regular stand-ups and monthly performance reviewsBuild individual development plans with clear KPIs and growth opportunitiesPlatform Ownership & CoordinationOversee infrastructure and UX across Shopify (and other platforms as needed)Collaborate with production, fulfilment, and tech teams to maintain store healthMonitor stock integration, fulfilment SLAs, and customer communication flowsReporting & ForecastingCreate dashboards, P&Ls, and SKU-level reporting (with support from MI/Finance)Present performance insights to senior leadershipMonitor trends, opportunities, and risks across categories and campaignsAbout YouWe’re looking for a results-driven, creative, and analytical thinker with:4-7 years of e-commerce experienceA proven record of managing stores and delivering growthSolid knowledge of SEO, PPC, and conversion optimisationTeam leadership experience (marketers, merchandisers, or designers)Analytical ability — comfortable with GA4, Shopify Analytics, and dashboardsA passion for great design, product storytelling, and customer experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Bonus schemeBenefits:Employee discountFree parkingSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
