The eCommerce Onsite Merchandiser ensures that products are visually and strategically presented on eu.patagonia.comto support commercial goals and reflect brand priorities. By curating assortments, optimizing category pages, and coordinating campaign execution, the role contributes to a seamless and engaging customer experience. It uses data insights and cross-functional collaboration to continuously refine onsite merchandising and drive performanceMain TasksSite Merchandising. Own the visual presentation of products on eu.patagonia.com, including hero product selection, feature colors, and product placement on category pages. Ensure alignment with trade performance, brand priorities, and seasonal direction.Campaign Execution. Plan and implement merchandising elements of seasonal campaigns in collaboration with Digital Marketing and Content teams. Shape the onsite customer journey to ensure consistency, engagement, and alignment with campaign goals.Performance Monitoring. Track and report on merchandising KPIs weekly and seasonally, using data insights to inform decisions and optimize product visibility. Translate performance trends into actionable recommendations to improve conversion and engagement.Content Optimization. Ensure product pages include relevant and informative content such as size guides, technical specs, and buying guides. Identify and resolve content gaps to enhance the customer experience and support purchase decisions.Site Accuracy & Testing. Conduct regular site walks and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure merchandising accuracy and functionality. React quickly to in-season changes and propose improvements to enhance site execution.What We're Looking ForAn inclusive mindsetMinimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, onsite analytics, or relevant areasFull understanding of onsite merchandising principles, enabling the creation of visually engaging and commercially effective product assortments across category pages and campaigns, using platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Bloomreach or similar. Knowledge and experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a mustGood analytical capability, applied in tracking product and category performance, interpreting weekly trading data, and making data-informed adjustments to improve site engagement and conversion.Good understanding of campaign calendar execution, used to coordinate seasonal merchandising tasks and align priorities with marketing and content teams for cohesive customer journeys.Knowledge and experience with CMS and merchandising tools, enabling efficient implementation of daily product and visual updates, and ensuring accuracy across the site.Proactive problem-solving, particularly in identifying layout, categorization, or product visibility issues and resolving them swiftly within established guidelines.A love of the outdoorsAn interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your workOther Important DetailsThis is a Full-time position based in AmsterdamWe have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per weekWe strive to make unbiased decisions and to offer a great experience to every person who applies for a role at Patagonia.
