The E-commerce Listing Coordinator ensures smooth execution of product listings, creative updates, and A/B testing across all online sales channels. This role exists to streamline communication between Product Managers, Creative, PPC, and Sales channels while maintaining accountability and visibility on all optimization activity.Who You Are● Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through and accountability.● Skilled communicator who keeps cross-functional teams on track.● Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.● Proficient in Monday, Teams, and Seller Central or similar platforms.● Has basic Photoshop skills for light creative edits and test mockups. Or knowledge of AItools for basic creative mockups.● Understands the fundamentals of eCommerce listing performance (CTR, CVR, etc.).● Analytical and detail-oriented—comfortable interpreting A/B test data.● Collaborative, process-driven, and outcome-focused.What You’ll DoLaunch & Optimization Coordination● Coordinate all listing and creative optimization tasks between Product, Design, PPC, andSales channels.● Ensure all creative deliverables meet deadlines.● Track and document all optimizations for reporting and analysis.● Maintain updated launch and optimization dashboards.
