Our Founders have a history building globally awarded AI businesses (e.g. achieving a top-10 Gartner rating for AI-led insight in 2020 and 2021) and investing heavily back into the Team & the Business.Role Description:As a Econometrician, you will be responsible for leading time-series modelling & optimization projects for internally and externally. You will model the impact of Marketing Investment to Brand Performance to help or client in Brand Valuations. And Marketing investment's impact on Sales. We are already serving clients across 3 continents in leading brands. You will also partake in improving our modelling assets as your skills & domain expertise develops.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in the quantitative field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Social sciences, Biological/Physical science, or Computer Science; Masters preferred.Strong command of timeseries modelling, marketing mix modelling, and/orprice & promo modelling,Proven experience in working with commercial teams, and understanding the organizational needs beyond technology processesAppreciation for the underlining business environment that you’ll be modelling2+ years of experience in applying ML/statistical methodologies on large datasets of respondent level, log file, or transactional levelAmbitious and open to learning many more ML and statistical methods, under mentorship of some recognised AI and software leaders.Comfortable with SQL, Python, Excel to prepare, aggregate, or transform data for analysisAble to build and convey impactful insights drawing from multiple data sourcesExperience building prototypes and experiments to validate technical ideasSkilled at explaining the technical subject matter to non-technical audiences (in English)Nice to have: Experience working on an agile software engineering team and working directly with Product Management teams; Microsoft Azure certification, Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure Data Scientist Associate Preferred Skills/Experience:Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to explain findings and recommendations to a broad business audience, both internal and externalEducated on a variety of analytical methods, shapes thinking and influences decisionsExperience in Consumer / Marketing Analytics with the ability to apply knowledge of and passion for digital, social, mobile media, and other new platforms to provide insight and evaluation that helps clients build stronger consumer connections.Effectively handle client projects by balancing tasks to achieve both short- and long-term goalsWhat we offer:Career Acceleration Health Insurance & Benefits PolicyWork Setup - Hybrid (~4dpw WfH)Hardware and software for remote setupWeekly & Monthly All-HandsAutonomy and Ownership CultureContinuous feedback cultureInnovation MindsetBenefits:We will pay you competitive salary commensurate with what you're worth, as a high performer.
