Org. Setting and ReportingThis position is located in the Resources Management Section of the Sustainable Energy Division of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), based in Geneva, Switzerland. Under the direct supervision of the P-5, Chief of Section, Resources Management Section, and the general supervision of the Director, Sustainable Energy Division, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the implementation of the programme of work of the Committee on Sustainable Energy and its subsidiary bodies, in particular, the Expert Group on Resource Management. The incumbent is expected to carry out concrete, result-oriented activities that are to be developed and implemented with the active participation of UNECE member States, representatives from the energy, business, and financial sectors and civil society, international organizations, independent experts, and academia.
