Economist / Financial Analyst

A leading and well-established healthcare organization is seeking a talented Economist / Financial Analyst to join its financial planning and economic analysis unit.This is a high-impact role at the heart of a large institution, combining economic analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and direct partnership with senior management.If you’re looking for a role where your analytical insights translate into real strategic decisions- this one’s for you.What You’ll Do:Build annual financial forecasts (revenues and expenses) and perform in-depth economic analyses.Manage and monitor departmental budgets and financial performance.Develop cost analyses and business plans for new technologies and healthcare services.Present insights and recommendations to senior management.Lead independent analytical projects within a smart, collaborative team.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Economics – required (this is not a data/BI analyst role).3-5 years of experience as an Economist or Financial Analyst in corporate or commercial environments.Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.High proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP / Business Objects - advantage.Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.Why Join:Full-time position, Sunday- Thursday, 8:00-16:00.Partial hybrid model (one day per week or every two weeks from home).Exposure to senior leadership and strategic organizational processes.Significant professional development opportunities within a large, evolving organization.
