Financial Controller

We are looking for a talented hands-on Financial Controller to join the finance department. As a controller, you will be managing the day-to-day accounting and financial activities, reporting to the Head of FinanceThis role plays a crucial part in our financial operations, ensuring accurate processing of accounting and supporting management functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. What You'll DoOwn the monthly financial close process including the preparation of monthly reports and deliver actionable insights through variance analysis and reconciliations.

Lead the daily operations of financial activities, working closely with the company’s bookkeeper. Prepare the statutory financial statements, tax return and other regulatory reports. Collaborate with key partners across the business including FP&A, Legal, HR, and other internal and external stakeholders. Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systemsSupport ad-hoc financial and operational projects, including system/process improvements. Ensure compliance with internal controls and help improve accounting policies and processesWho You AreAt least 3 years of experience in a global hi-tech company or small Company. Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm.

Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA. Deep knowledge of US GAAP, Israeli GAAP, and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance and consolidated reporting. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Experience with an ERP system (SAP, Priority, Hyperion). Proficient in Excel and hands-on ERP experience. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail with excellent time management abilities. Self-taught, able to lead processes and to work independently.
