ABOUT THE COMMUNICATIONS & ENGAGEMENT TEAM The Communications & Engagement (C&E) team oversees the reputation management and ecosystem engagement initiatives of Temasek Trust to build trust and inspire action for impact. ABOUT THE ROLE Are you a natural connector who thrives on building relationships, sparking collaboration, and creating communities that inspire action?We are seeking an Ecosystem Communications & Engagement Lead who is passionate about building purpose-driven networks, with a strong foundation in communications or community-building.

Anchored at Temasek Shophouse, social impact hub in the heart of Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in activating a vibrant, connected, and values-aligned community across the Temasek Trust ecosystem. You will serve as both a strategic convener and a hands-on facilitator, creating touchpoints for collaboration, storytelling, and learning – advancing our shared purpose of building a better and brighter future for every generation. Designation: Ecosystem Communications & Engagement, Temasek Trust Reporting to: Head, Communications & Engagement, Temasek Trust KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Communications & StorytellingDevelop compelling internal narratives and content that keep ecosystem members informed, inspired, and aligned.

Craft community updates, spotlights, and stories that highlight collaboration, innovation, and impact. Align messaging with broader communications efforts to maintain consistency and reinforce a shared identity. Identify key collaborators (e. g. influencers, partners etc. ) and help co-create stories that amplify the work of the ecosystem. 2. Community Engagement & ActivationDevelop and implement strategies to cultivate an informed, connected, and collaborative network – within the Temasek Trust ecosystem and beyond. Curate and deliver a purposeful calendar of in-person engagements, ranging from informal mixers to structured dialogues and showcases.

Orchestrate community-driven formats – such as knowledge-sharing sessions and thematic convenings—that foster trust, shared learning, and cross-entity collaboration. Build and maintain strong rapport with ecosystem members, acting as a trusted connector, thought partner, and ambassador for Temasek Trust’s mission. Identify and activate opportunities to bridge internal and external networks through joint engagements and strategic touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engagements are inclusive, aligned with organisational values, and designed for impact. Capture and share key learnings from community interactions to inform future engagement strategies and strengthen ecosystem cohesion.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field At least 8 years’ experience in communications or community-building A natural connector and collaborator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsA growth mindset, with a desire to adopt best practices and leverage technology to scale impactA self-starter able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Excellent communication (written and spoken) and presentation skills; able to craft compelling content that informs and inspires Passionate about building engaged communities and driving collective action Applications will be processed on a rolling basis and accepted until 6 Sep 2025.
