We’re looking for an experienced Front Office Assistant Supervisor to join our growing boutique hotel team in Causeway Bay. This is a leadership role for someone who loves guest interaction, thrives in a team environment, and wants to be part of shaping the future of hospitality in Hong Kong. ResponsibilitiesOversee daily front office operations: guest check-ins, check-outs, and general enquiriesDeliver warm, genuine hospitality to ensure positive guest reviewsProactively ask for feedback and identify opportunities to improve serviceRefine and improve front office systems and SOPs, especially onboarding workflowsUse data and guest patterns to make operational decisionsSupport revenue KPIs:
upselling, direct bookings, and long stay conversionLead a team of 4–5 front office staff, providing mentorship and constructive feedbackFoster strong team spirit, encourage collaboration and learningComfortable with basic troubleshooting (e. g.
