The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth coordination between various stakeholders.Key Responsabilities Coordinate shipping schedules and cargo movement with carriers, partners and customs authorities. Resolve operational issues, including delays, discrepancies, and damaged goods, in a timely manner. Conduct performance evaluations of operative partners and service providers . Maintain accurate records of ship calls, costs, and operational activities. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency. MUST HAVE Degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in shipping and port operations, as boarding clerk, Operations assistant or executive, Cargo Flow position or related position. Comprobable experience in related industries (logistics, shipping or supply chain). Ability to understand complex processes, define problems and draw valid conclusions. Ability to work with mathematical concepts (such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions) to practical situations. Knowledge of laws and rules applicable by authorities as well as local usages and customs in the ports under her/his jurisdiction. IT and System Requirements: MS Office package intermediate knowledge. Language: Good command level of English language written and spoken. Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and practices. Proficiency in logistics management software. WE VALUE Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
