This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Proactive diary and inbox management, ensuring the CFO’s schedule is prioritised and managed effectively. Organising and coordinating international travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and accommodation.
Preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports. Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Acting as a key point of contact between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinating meetings, both virtual and in-person, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups. Managing expense claims and financial administration related to the CFO’s activities. Supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required. Key Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a CFOStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Discreet, professional, and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders. Immediately available and ready to start.
