We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to take the lead on commercial and restoration projects in Kempsey to Coffs Harbour. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a carpentry background who can manage trades, drive quality, and run sites confidently and independently.

What’s on OfferFull-time role with immediate startCompany vehicle providedWork on a variety of commercial, refurbishments and restoration projectsSupportive and experienced Port Macquarie-based teamKey Skills and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage trades and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality workScope works and plan ahead to meet project milestonesConduct quality inspections throughout all stages of the buildMaintain accurate site records and daily progress reportsLead toolbox talks and ensure team compliance with WH&S regulationsWillingness to travel across various sites as requiredWork independently and take ownership of tasksCommunicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholdersStrong organisational and time management skillsWhat You’ll NeedCarpentry trade qualification (or similar building background)Demonstrated experience supervising construction projectsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and plansWhite Card and current driver’s licenceNational Police Check (issued within the past 12 months or willingness to obtain one)Procore experience advantageousRemuneration will be by negotiation based on previous experience.
