Project Manager (PM) – Data Center DevelopmentRole Purpose: Lead the end-to-end execution of the data center project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals related to technology, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of all project phasesLiaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies for approvals and updatesMonitor budget and cash flow, mitigating risks and delaysCoordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teamsEnsure all documentation and reporting meets compliance standardsQualifications & Skills: 10+ years managing large-scale infrastructure projects, mandatory data centers experienceProven ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractorsPMP, ATD, CDCP or equivalent certification.
Engineering degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. Reporting LineReports to the Execution Team and directly to the Head of DC DepartmentSalary Range30,000 – 40,000 AED
