Man of Many is Australia’s largest men’s lifestyle publication, an award-winning, independent media brand. We cover the latest in products, culture and style, and we’re entering an exciting new chapter as we expand into podcasts, premium video and new storytelling formats.We’re looking for a visionary Editor-in-Chief to lead our editorial team and help shape the next evolution of Man of Many. This is a rare opportunity to work hand-in-hand with the founders to lead the voice and direction of one of Australia’s most respected digital publishers, bringing bold creative ideas to life across multiple platforms.What You’ll DoLead the editorial team and set the creative direction for Man of Many’s written, audio and video content.Drive audience growth through innovative content strategy, SEO and analytics-informed decision making.Inspire and mentor a talented team of writers, editors and creators.Champion experimentation, from long-form features to social-first video and podcasts.Oversee content quality and ensure everything we publish reflects our voice.What We’re Looking For10+ years experience with at least 5+ in digital media, and proven experience leading editorial teams.A sharp editorial instinct and impeccable writing and editing skills.Someone who can spot emerging trends, uncover untold stories and turn a spark of relevance into content that truly connects.Deep understanding of SEO, digital publishing and audience growth.Experience with multi-platform content, including articles, podcasts and video.A natural leader who’s collaborative, motivating and thrives in a fast-paced environment.A passion for men’s lifestyle media and an eye for cultural trends.Why Join Man of ManyCreative impact: Shape the editorial voice of one of Australia’s top digital publishers.Exciting growth: Be part of our expansion into video, podcasts and new storytelling formats.Collaborative culture: We work closely, think independently and move fast.
