That’s why we’re expanding our Localization & Documentation Department and looking for an Editor/Localization Specialist (RU - EN) to help us bring our products closer to millions of players worldwide.We are looking for a specialist with full professional proficiency in English who has learned English as their first language and demonstrates a high level of fluency, ease, and naturalness in using it.Localization and cultural adaptation of games, apps, and websites form the backbone of our work. Our task is to communicate in the players' languages while considering the specifics of each region.We put quality first, ensuring that every text is carefully reviewed and revised by English language experts before it is ready for use.Join us and help shape how millions of players around the world experience our games.Reports toLocalization Team LeadWhat will you do?Analyze Russian gaming texts and localize them into EnglishProofread English gaming textsPlan, organize, and oversee localization into other languagesCooperate with other teams and offices to prepare localized assetsWhat are we looking for?C2 English proficiency (near-native level)Excellent command of both written and spoken RussianEducation in linguistics or language studies2+ years of experience as an editor/localization specialistExperience working in the gaming industryExperience working on a team to solve tasks togetherWhat additional skills will help you stand out?Experience in writing various types of content (fictional, technical, advertising, informational, motivational, UI/UX, etc.)Knowledge of TMS/localization tools (Smartcat, MemoQ, Phrase, Trados, etc.)Work modeHybrid (2 days of work from the office)This role isn't eligible for relocation supportBenefitsBenefits and perks are tailored to the local market and culture.
