Role: Videographer & Editor  (Experienced)Job descriptionThe Film Crew is hiring a junior Videographer & Editor (Full-Time, Hybrid)We’re a fast-growing creative production company working at the intersection of luxury branded content. Our clients are wide-ranging, including F1, travel, fashion, energy, sustainability, financial institutions and the video games industry amongst others!Take a look at the types of things we work on here: www.thefilmcrew.coWe’re looking for a Videographer & Editor to join us in a hybrid position working on-site in our London office and remotely (at least 2 days in the office). Openness to travel internationally for shoots as part of the role would also be ideal.You’ll work on a variety of projects, spanning across the motorsport, luxury and yachting sector, alongside brand films, short-form social content, feature documentaries and many more. You should be confident in shaping edits with your own perspective, pushing boundaries, and exploring bold new approaches, including the smart use of AI tools.We’re looking for an experienced editor with a creative flair who can think independently, successfully manage their projects and time and deliver outstanding results. Experience & SkillsExpert in Adobe Premiere Pro (essential). Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and After Effects highly desirable.Comfortable working with shared/NAS workflows and in collaborative post‑production environmentsConfident in using AI to elevate output, workflows and push creative boundariesPersonable, professional, and proactive. Someone who thrives onsite within a creative team.Desirable The ideal candidate has experience in luxury, motorsports, or yachting industries, and a demonstrable passion for compelling storytelling.
