Your Day-to-day Will IncludeTroubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment. Performing routine maintenance on lighting, panels, breakers, and emergency systems. Completing electrical inspections and ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.
Coordinating with other trades and operational teams for seamless service delivery. Responding promptly to service calls and electrical-related emergencies. Adhere to Edon’s Quality Management System policies as well as OHS legislation and regulationInteract and establish good customer relationships with client contactsWhat do you need to succeed?Alberta Journeyperson Electrician certification (or recognized Red Seal equivalent). We also welcome applications from 3rd and 4th-year registered Electrical Apprentices eager to grow with us. Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a commercial or facilities-based electrical role. Clean driver’s abstract and valid driver’s license.
Strong understanding of electrical codes, systems, and safety protocols. Proficiency with electrical tools, diagnostic equipment, and systems troubleshooting. Solid time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces, as required. Customer-focused attitude with a strong attention to detail. Assets: Experience working in commercial real estate environments. Additional training in building automation or energy management systems.
