Job OverviewAre you enthusiastic about teaching or looking for a new challenge?An exciting opportunity has arisen at Frimley Park Hospital for a Band 8A Education and Training Lead Pharmacist.We are seeking a friendly, supportive and motivated pharmacist passionate about education and staff development.This highly rewarding role focuses on front-line training and offers the chance to make a real impact.You will lead the design and delivery of training for Trainee Pharmacists, oversee university placements, and work with external partners to ensure excellent learning experiences.You will also contribute to evolving pharmacy training programmes and support education for the wider healthcare team.The role involves collaboration with colleagues across Frimley Park and Wexham Park sites to deliver innovative and effective training strategies.
