Our research shows that assessing and remediating knowledge leads to a full letter grade improvement in performance than assessing and remediating problem solving steps.2)    Adaptive textbooks that learn how students learn and then use AI to write themselves in real time to optimize student learning, so that each student gets a personalized textbook.3)    Tutoring software with published papers showing that it teaches 80% better than Khan Academy and 300% better than Pearson Education’s electronic textbooks.4)    Chatbots the don’t just answer questions but assess what students already know about the topic and focuses on filling those knowledge gaps, followed by assessing how well students understood the answers given so that the chatbot can fill in the remaining gaps and learn better how to communicate with students in the future to improve their understanding of the chatbots’ answers.5)    AI-generated interactive TV that lets students become characters in the show and be taught by them (instead of passively watching), thereby allowing students to ask questions and solve problems while getting corrective instruction from  the characters.
