The Education Counsellor will assist students in identifying suitable study destinations and programs aligned with their career aspirations. Daily responsibilities include providing personalized counseling sessions, guiding students through the application and admission processes, coordinating documentation, and staying informed about educational opportunities and policies in multiple destinations. The role requires effective communication with students, families, and institutional partners to ensure a smooth experience. Qualifications Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Student CounselingExperience with Career Counseling and understanding student aspirationsExcellent Communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and external stakeholdersKnowledge of diverse education systems and destination-specific requirementsAbility to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environmentA bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a relevant field is preferredPrior experience in the education consultancy sector is advantageous
