Backed by the Strengthen & Adapt programme, VNZ is building sustainable community systems, education pathways, and national capability to ensure volleyball continues to flourish across regions.About The RoleThe Education Manager is responsible for implementing and delivering VNZ’s Coach and Referee Development Frameworks. Reporting to the GM Community, you will lead education programmes, create resources, and deliver training opportunities online and in person. You’ll recruit and support a national network of Educators, ensure consistency of delivery across regions, and embed equity and cultural responsiveness into all programmes.About YouYou have a strong background in coaching and/or referee education, with experience developing and delivering programmes. A confident facilitator and relationship-builder, you bring cultural competence, resilience, and adaptability. You thrive on collaboration and are motivated to create sustainable pathways that grow capability nationwide.
