Job DescriptionResponsible for planning, preparing, implementing and evaluating the activities and responsibilities of the Education Unit, raising of nutrition awareness for the target group in the community, and achieving department goals at high standard.ResponsibilitiesTraining and Development Conducting ongoing evaluation of the educational activities at the facilityOrganizing inter and intra departmental trainee schedules and rotationsMaintaining a master database of all trainee filesPromoting nutrition therapy and healthy lifestyle among outpatients, visitors and publicCollaborating and participating with other sectors and institutions concerning the health and nutrition programs in the communityParticipating in the training, supervising and evaluating for the students during the academic yearAdministrative Support Providing full administrative support to the Senior Education OfficerManaging the flow of all communications and correspondence through the DepartmentAssisting in preparing professional correspondences, reports, and presentationsUnder minimal supervision, writing policies and procedures, as necessary, to ensure internal and external compliance and accreditationAssisting the clinical institutes and departments in administering the residency programsPreparing expansion plans for Medical, Nursing, and Allied Health training programsMaintaining professional standards and confidentiality of information at all timesQualificationsQualification :-Special Certificate:-Required2-4 years of relevant experienceDesiredExperience in a large healthcare facility
