About the RoleThe Program Lead serves as the owner of custom, next-generation learning programs, from vision through delivery, through the use of AI-powered processes and workflows. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver successful learning products, focused on delivering programs and products that elicit learning outcomes, provide authentic practice and leveraging the latest in technology to accelerate quality, creativity, and efficiency.You’ll act as Wisewire’s proxy for clients and internal partners, aligning creative, technical, and instructional teams toward a clear, achievable vision. This is not a typical project-management role; it’s a learning-product leadership position for someone who can think strategically, execute precisely, bring emerging tools to life, and build out AI-powered processes and workflows for efficiency and quality. The ideal Program Lead is one who thrives at the intersection of learning science, technology, and client partnership.What You’ll DoOwn the Program VisionTranslate client goals into clear learning product roadmaps, defining success metrics, scope, and deliverables.​​Lead discovery, prototyping, and solutioning, ensuring products are grounded in learning science and designed for both pedagogical impact and scalable implementation.Champion Quality and Learning ImpactBalance creativity with precision: instructional integrity, media quality, and learner engagement are non-negotiable.Monitor outcomes and refine processes to drive both client satisfaction and internal sustainability.Drive Execution with AI and TechnologyThoughtfully apply emerging technology and AI tools to enhance quality, creativity, and learning outcomes.Design repeatable workflows and frameworks that make every future project smarter.Orchestrate and align designers, developers, and SMEs to ensure cohesive, efficient production cycles.Prototype and visualize learning experiences for stakeholder review.Lead with Clarity and AccountabilityServe as the main point of accountability for client communication, budget, and delivery.Communicate trade-offs and risks transparently while maintaining trust and alignment.Keep teams connected to Wisewire’s systems, structure, and quality standards, working independently but not in isolation.Who You AreA strategic learning engineer or curriculum design lead with deep project-ownership experience.Background in instructional design, learning science, or learning product management within EdTech or consulting.Led multi-disciplinary teams through complex, multi-phase learning programs.Equally comfortable leading creative discussions and technical implementations.Confident in AI-assisted design tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Runway, Notion AI, Perplexity, etc.), digital learning systems (Canvas, Blackboard, D2L), and authoring tools such as Articulate and Captivate.Skilled at leading distributed teams and managing vendors or freelancers within budget.Known for your calm under pressure, clear communication, and ability to turn ambiguity into progress.Highly DesirableExperience with XR/VR/AR or game-based learning environments.Familiarity with data analytics or automation in learning workflows.What Success Looks LikeClients trust your leadership and expand work with your team.Teams deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget courses and programs with fewer bottlenecks.You and your team’s successes become part of Wisewire’s playbook.Your programs inspire innovation across Wisewire’s learning-engineering ecosystem.About Wisewire:Who We Are:Wisewire became the bridge between aspiration and realization. Our aim is to help you shape your success, realize your goals, and explore the possibilities.
