About the RoleThe Program Lead serves as the owner of custom, next-generation learning programs, from vision through delivery, through the use of AI-powered processes and workflows. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver successful learning products, focused on delivering programs and products that elicit learning outcomes, provide authentic practice and leveraging the latest in technology to accelerate quality, creativity, and efficiency.You’ll act as Wisewire’s proxy for clients and internal partners, aligning creative, technical, and instructional teams toward a clear, achievable vision. This is not a typical project-management role; it’s a learning-product leadership position for someone who can think strategically, execute precisely, bring emerging tools to life, and build out AI-powered processes and workflows for efficiency and quality.
