Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容： 1、根据公司的服务流程，为学生提供全程研究生申请服务，包括但不限于战略会议、选校、选专业、文书会议、网申指导等全流程服务 2、学生的日常沟通服务，协助学生处理申请中的各类问题 3、对长线客户的月度会议组织 以及提供个性化的增值服务 4、和EC文书导师一起完成个性化的文书创作 5、完成学生的职业规划 任职资格： 1、需要美国TOP30或其它国家名校背景，在国内至少有一年以上工作经验 2、有很强的学习能力、服务意识、沟通能力、解决问题能力 3、英文能力，可以把英文作为工作语言 4、有好奇心和学习能力，能提供个性化申请方案 5、认可拓达的服务理念，良好的亲和力和团队合作能力
