The Educational Consultant will be responsible for providing education consulting services, communication with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.Provide personalized academic and career counselling to students across various educational levels.Assist with course and university selection, application processes, and scholarship opportunities.Conduct one-on-one and group advising sessions (in person or virtually).Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress.Stay updated on educational trends, admission criteria, and international education systems.Support students through interview preparation, SOP review, and other admissions-related requirements.QualificationsEducational Consulting and Education skillsExperience in Consulting and strong Communication skillsCustomer Service skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesStrong organization and time management skillsBachelor’s degree in Education or related fieldKnowledge of local and international education systems (e.g., UK, US, Canada, Australia) is a plus.
