Educational Counselor

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Educational Counselor to guide students aspiring to study in Australia, the UK, and the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements, and will provide personalized counseling to students to help them achieve their academic goals.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert guidance to students regarding courses, universities, and programs in Australia, the UK, and the USA.Assist students in university selection, admission procedures, and scholarship opportunities.Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess students’ academic background, career goals, and financial capacity.Guide students through application processes, document preparation, and visa procedures.Keep updated with international education trends, admission criteria, and immigration regulations.Collaborate with partner universities and institutions for updates and student support initiatives.Conduct webinars, workshops, and pre-departure briefings for prospective students.Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups.Achieve counseling targets and contribute to the growth of the education consultancy.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 3–4 years of experience in educational counseling, preferably in international admissions.Strong knowledge of Australian, UK, and USA education systems, admission requirements, and visa regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online communication tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple student cases simultaneously.High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity while dealing with international students.Preferred:Experience working with education consultancies or universities abroad.Knowledge of IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, or other standardized tests.
