Our schoolRosewood State High School is a small secondary school in a rural community, with an enrolment of around 520 students. In This Leadership Role, You WillLead the Learning Support department, managing curriculum, staffing and resources to support school-wide inclusionProvide evidence-based advice to staff and stakeholders to guide effective, reasonable adjustmentsCoordinate and deliver targeted interventions and case management for students requiring substantial or extensive adjustmentsOversee NCCD implementation and lead data-informed systems to track and support student progressBuild teacher capability in inclusive practice and support collaborative planning and implementationWork in partnership with school leaders, teachers, families and external agencies to ensure a consistent, student-centred approachPlease refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
