About The RoleThe focus of this role is to improve the day-to-day practice of HammondCare’s Care workers and other employees thereby improving the lives of people receiving HammondCare services. The Educator Workplace Trainer and Assessor does this through training and assessing colleagues in the workplace in both nationally accredited competencies and HammondCare mandatory knowledge and skills.HammondCare RTO is an Enterprise RTO delivering CHC33021Certificate 3 Individual Support (Ageing) and CHCSS00140 - Case Management Skill Set to HammondCare team members.This is a permanent fulltime role working at our residential site at Horsley.
