Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role is responsible for providing operational and administrative support throughout the admissions process. The Admissions Coordinator plays a key role in managing student application files, ensuring data accuracy within CRM systems, and facilitating clear and timely communication with applicants. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Essential FunctionsMaintain and update CRM databases for multiple programs (e. g. , Salesforce, Anthology). Collect, organize, and verify admissions documents.
Monitor application status and perform regular file audits. Generate weekly reports and ensure digital records are well-organized and current. Communicate with applicants regarding required documents and next steps. Coordinate with external institutions to request documentation on behalf of applicants. Draft and send acknowledgment letters and standardized email communications. Make outbound and receive inbound calls for initial applicant screening during peak times. Review documents to assess admissibility for the next stage of the admissions process. Work closely with on-site staff to support assessment proctoring schedules (no in-person duties required). Schedule assessments via phone, email, and text.
Follow up with applicants post-assessment to provide next steps and guidance. Manage a high-volume admissions inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses. Collaborate with remote and on-campus teams to support departmental goals. Support the preparation and communication for digital events and outreach. Provide feedback on process improvements for remote admissions operations. Education and SkillsRequired: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working independently and in a remote setting. Preferred: Experience working with CRM platforms (e.
