Job Purpose:

To support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee records management, attendance tracking, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various F&B roles (kitchen, service, housekeeping, etc. ). Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads. Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs. Maintain and update employee personal files (hard and soft copies) as per company policy. Ensure all documents are valid (passport, visa, Emirates ID, etc. ) and renewed on time.

Monitor daily attendance using biometric or manual systems. Record and manage sick leaves, annual leaves, and other leave types. Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1โ€“2 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector. Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and visa processing. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
