Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Facility Coordinator with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and experience in Facility Management. Candidates with previous experience in the banking sector will be preferred. The candidate will be responsible for supervising both MEP and soft services teams, handling day-to-day facility operations, and acting as the main point of contact with the client. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing FM systems, preparing LPOs, handling corrective and reactive maintenance calls, and ensuring smooth service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Supervise MEP and soft service staff (cleaning, security, etc.

)Coordinate all facility-related tasks and ensure proper service deliveryManage FM systems and track maintenance activitiesRaise and follow up on LPOs as neededHandle reactive and corrective maintenance calls efficientlyMaintain regular communication with the client and ensure satisfactionMonitor site performance and report regularlyRequirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical EngineeringMinimum 3–5 years of FM experiencePrior experience in the banking sector preferredGood communication and client handling skillsKnowledge of CAFM or FM systems is a must
