Facilities Coordinator

Job Summary: We are looking for a Facility Coordinator with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and experience in Facility Management. Candidates with previous experience in the banking sector will be preferred. The candidate will be responsible for supervising both MEP and soft services teams, handling day-to-day facility operations, and acting as the main point of contact with the client. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing FM systems, preparing LPOs, handling corrective and reactive maintenance calls, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
