We’re part of EG A/S, a Nordic SaaS group, and we’ve already made a name for ourselves in the Nordic markets – especially in Sweden. Now, we’re looking for someone new to take the lead. Our previous Nordic Sales Lead has moved on to new opportunities, and we’re searching for the right person to carry the torch. Could it be you?What You’ll Be DoingOwn and grow our sales in the Nordic region, including our Swedish sales partner. Build a sales strategy that’s smart, scalable, and gets results.

Find new prospects and turn them into long-term fans. Run product demos that make people wonder how they ever managed without us. Work closely with our Swedish sales partner and other key stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that actually work. Bring back insights from the field to help us improve and evolve. Who are you?You’re not just looking for a sales job, you’re looking to make an impact. You thrive in a fast-moving, international environment and know how to navigate complex sales with confidence and empathy.

You’re curious, driven, and genuinely excited about helping businesses work smarter. You’ve got experience in international B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech. You know how to sell complex solutions, run lengthy sales cycles and while keeping the customer at the center. You’re familiar with modern sales tools, sales methodologies and digital outreach. Fluent English is a must; Swedish is a big plus (we’re not saying you need to love fika, but it helps) – and of course Finnish skills are also appreciated, as we're based in Finland.

You’re genuinely interested in helping companies improve their profitability through smarter resource planning. You’re a great communicator, a relationship builder, and a self-starter.
