With continued growth in our operations, we are now expanding our Airworthiness Department and seeking passionate and qualified professionals to join our technical team. We are looking for a B1.

2 / B2 / C / L Aircraft Engineer to support our maintenance and airworthiness operations. As a member of the Airworthiness team, you will be responsible for the execution and certification of maintenance tasks, while ensuring the compliance of our fleet with EASA regulations. If you have a strong technical background, thrive in a structured, safety-driven environment, and are committed to high-quality maintenance standards, this role is for you. What you will do:

Perform and certify maintenance tasks on training aircraft in accordance with Part-145 and Part-CAMO standardsMaintain and update technical records, ensuring accurate documentation of all inspections and repairsWork closely with CAMO, planning, and maintenance teams to support continuing airworthinessSupport scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, defect rectification, and component replacementsPromote safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in all maintenance operationsParticipate in ongoing training and remain up to date with regulations and proceduresRequirementsYou'll be a great match if you meet the following requirements: EssentialEASA Part-66 License in B1.

2, B2, C, or L category2-5 years of relevant experience in airworthiness environmentSound knowledge of EASA Part-M, Part-145, and Part-CAMO regulationsStrong command of the English language, both oral and writtenEU citizenship or right to work in GreecePreferredProven managerial experience in airworthiness environmentProficiency in MS Office and digital documentation systemsCandidate Profile: Working with precision, care, and a safety-first mindsetAnalyzing and solving problems methodicallyManaging time, tasks, and priorities under regulatory deadlinesFollowing procedures and maintaining compliance consistentlyMaking informed and timely technical decisionsBenefitsIf you pursue your career journey with Egnatia Aviation, you will enjoy:
