Logistics CoordinatorCompany: EHPLabsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics across both domestic and international shipments, ensuring smooth, timely, and cost-effective delivery. You’ll liaise closely with freight forwarders, couriers, and 3PL providers to monitor movements, resolve delays, and maintain transparency throughout the supply chain. Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end logistics for domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and 3PL providers to schedule pickups, monitor deliveries, and resolve delays or exceptions. Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams) on order and shipment status. Manage shipping documentation, customs declarations, and ensure compliance with Australian trade and import/export regulations. Collaborate with warehouse teams to support order fulfillment, inventory control, and inbound/outbound stock flow. Maintain accurate logistics records and generate regular reports on shipping performance, freight costs, and supply chain KPIs. Support the Logistics Manager in Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce transportation costs.

About you: Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation coordination (local and/or international). Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with logistics platforms, Excel, and inventory or warehouse management systems.
