These products are engineered to meet the evolving needs of the global drilling industry, offering maximum performance, reliability, and safety in the most demanding conditions.We’re hiring an EHS Advisor to join our Drilling Products team in PERÚ.Want to know a little more about the role? Day-to-day responsibilities include:Inspect and ensure strict compliance with corporate EHS standards for Boart Longyear’s PPM team in PERÚ.Align and develop Safety, Environment, and Training management systems, including monitoring, corrective/preventive actions, and inspections.Implement training and prevention programs to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.Prepare timely reports, statistics, and indicators for internal and client use.Promote a culture of prevention and awareness of occupational hazards among employees, contractors, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with emergency procedures (first aid, evacuation, fires, spills, etc.).Encourage reporting of substandard acts and conditions and coordinate corrective actions.Manage PPE needs and replacements in coordination with supervisors.Maintain records of EHS activities in compliance with legal, client, and company requirements.Collaborate with mining supervision to ensure proper product usage.A Few Other Things We’re Looking ForDegree in Mining, Geological, Environmental, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering.2–5 years of experience in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry.Knowledge of national/international mining safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.Proficiency in hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work at high altitudes (above 4,000 meters) and in atypical mining regimes.Knowledge of local languages is a plus.In Return, You Will ReceiveCompetitive compensation package [Insert Range]Opportunities for professional growth and developmentA collaborative and inclusive work environmentCommitment to health, safety, and sustainabilityOur PeopleAt Boart Longyear, people are our most important asset.
