To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com.¿Qué harás como EHS Manager en Sealed Air?Serás responsable de impulsar y fortalecer la cultura de seguridad en nuestras plantas de Food Care en México. Trabajarás de manera cercana con los equipos locales y regionales para identificar, analizar y controlar los riesgos ocupacionales, garantizando que cada operación cumpla con las regulaciones y estándares de seguridad más altos.¿Por qué te necesitamos?Desarrollar, implementar y mantener programas regionales de seguridad y estrategias que mejoren el desempeño en EHS.Asegurar el cumplimiento con las regulaciones locales, estatales y federales, incluyendo OSHA, y realizar evaluaciones regulares de riesgo.Coordinar y ejecutar auditorías e inspecciones de seguridad en instalaciones y equipos para identificar y mitigar peligros.Diseñar y facilitar programas de capacitación en seguridad (uso de PPE, lockout/tagout, comunicación de riesgos, preparación ante emergencias, etc.).Investigar incidentes, accidentes y near-misses, identificando causas raíz y proponiendo acciones correctivas.Analizar datos de seguridad y KPIs para detectar tendencias y generar planes de mejora continua.¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito?Ingeniería en Seguridad Industrial, Higiene o afín.Experiencia en roles de EHS, preferentemente en entornos de manufactura o plantas de alimentos.Conocimientos técnicos en regulaciones de seguridad y salud ocupacional (OSHA, STPS, NOMs), metodologías de análisis de riesgo, investigación de incidentes y sistemas de gestión EHS.Inglés avanzadoDisponibilidad para viajar y dar soporte a distintas plantas dentro de México.Requisition id: 52942Relocation: NoSealed Air is committed to attracting, selecting, and developing talent that reflects the diversity of the communities and customers we serve.
