A Snapshot of Your DayAs an EHS Manager at Siemens Gamesa, your day will involve creating and implementing health, safety, occupational, and environmental programs to prevent injuries, illnesses, and environmental accidents within the workplace. You will play a crucial role in inspecting workplace and environmental incidents, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, and identifying areas for improvement. Your work will contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for employees and the broader community impacted by environmental hazards.How You’ll Make An ImpactCreate and implement health, safety, occupational, and environmental programs to prevent workplace injuries, illnesses, and environmental accidents.Inspect workplace and environmental incidents in accordance with company procedures and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements related to environmental and employee health and safety, identifying areas for improvement.Develop and manage an environmental and employee health & safety training plan.Maintain relationships with the community, environmental groups, and other stakeholders impacted by the organization’s environmental performance.What You BringExpertise in both environmental health & safety and employee health & safety.Strong ability to create and implement effective health, safety, and environmental programs.Experience in inspecting incidents and implementing corrective actions.Knowledge of compliance requirements related to environmental and employee health and safety.Excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with stakeholders and the community.Ability to develop and manage comprehensive training plans.About The TeamJoin Siemens Gamesa, where we are committed to creating a better future for our planet through renewable energy.
