Senior EHS OfficerLocation: EindhovenSalary: € 4.500 - € 5.400We are seeking an experienced Senior EHS Officer to bring structure, consistency, and ambition to our evolving safety culture. In this hands-on and influential role, you will help drive the transition from reactive safety practices to proactive prevention — aiming for zero incidents through awareness, ownership, and standardization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & ComplianceDevelop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and proceduresAct as the main internal and external point of contact for all EHS-related topicsCoordinate and continuously improve the Risk Assessment & Evaluation (RI&E) processEstablish and uphold a structured, compliant, and transparent way of workingRisk & Incident ManagementLead risk assessments and ensure effective implementation of control measuresInvestigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive actionsCoach and support managers in taking ownership of safety within their teamsTraining & Culture DevelopmentDeliver EHS training sessions and toolbox talks across all locationsFoster a strong safety culture by promoting awareness and shared responsibilityOperations & Emergency PreparednessTake part in daily floor meetings and safety walk-throughsCoordinate the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and ensure operational readinessTranslate safety objectives into actionable steps on the production floorProjects & Continuous ImprovementLead and support EHS improvement projects and initiativesDrive the shift toward a standardized, prevention-focused safety cultureQualifications & ProfileBachelor’s degree in safety management or a technical fieldMVK certification required; HVK-level qualification preferredProven experience in manufacturing or technical environments
