We will only consider and retain the first three applications submitted.Objective of the traineeshipYou will contribute to activities related to regular monitoring and implementation of EIB Global's mandate delivery. You will also be contributing to the reporting and you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during the development and implementation cycle of the EIB Global operations - including operations under mandate.ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the Heads of Unit and the senior colleagues, you will actively participate in the Units' core activities. Your main tasks will be:Produce timely and in a professional manner reporting which will be shared with external stakeholders. Keep up-to-date the monitoring status of the mandates. Preparation of briefings/presentations, with graphs and charts, and other ad-hoc tasks and requests by Management. Support the monitoring of the business plan in terms of signatures and disbursements across EIB Global geographies, namely Enlargement and Neighbourhood Countries, Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean and Asia and Pacific.Academic Qualifications And Professional SkillsFinal year of studies or University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.A first experience and/or understanding or interest in development and climate finance will be considered as an advantage.Good to advanced knowledge of MS Office software, in particular Excel, Word and Power Point.Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
