We will only consider and retain the first three applications submitted.Objective of the traineeshipYou will support the team to accelerate the adoption of Power BI as a target self-service reporting solution within the organisation, in alignment with the roll-out of the new Data Platform (Fabric) and Citizen Development. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the practices and guidelines defined by the Data Governance Office are followed by the dashboard owners.ResponsibilitiesYou will collaborate with various departments to test and validate robust practices and guidelines for managing PBi dashboards.Your responsibilities will include support and assistance in the field of:Safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Streamlining dashboard development and maintenance processes.Clarifying roles to promote disciplined data management. Promoting sustainable and coherent dashboard and query processes.Identifying and mitigating risks associated with PBi management. Throughout your traineeship, you will actively contribute to refining these practices to ensure they meet the organizational needs.Academic Qualifications And Professional SkillsFinal year of studies or University degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence IT or equivalent.Understanding of the EIB’s mission and operational framework will be an advantage. Understanding databases and relevant platforms will be an advantage.Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders. Ability to quickly learn new IT tools will be an advantage.Familiarity with SharePoint and Azure software will be a distinctive advantage.Excellent knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools.Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
