Identify and escalate adverse events, potential risks, or recurring product issues. Draft clear and professional complaint closure reports and customer correspondence. Collaborate with Regulatory, Product, R&D, QA, and Operations teams to resolve issues. Analyze complaint trends and provide data-driven insights for product improvement.
