Your Mission as a Marketing SpecialistAs a Marketing Specialist at Pinkberry, your mission is to craft and execute compelling marketing campaigns that strengthen the Pinkberry brand, attract customers, and boost sales.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s voice across platforms, understanding market trends, and driving initiatives that create lasting impressions on consumers. You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Marketing SpecialistDevelop and execute both digital and offline marketing campaigns for new product launches and promotions. Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging marketing materials. Create and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and the website. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications. Conduct market research and analyze trends to optimize campaign performance. Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Monitor digital metrics and generate periodic performance reports. Work with influencers and media to boost brand visibility. Support event planning for promotions, sponsorships, and exhibitions. Gather and assess customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and service enhancements. Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Marketing SpecialistBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in retail or food & beverage. Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media advertising. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Bilingual in Arabic and English. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, Google Analytics, and similar tools. Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
