Job Objective: To attract and recruit qualified talents that meet the organization’s current and future workforce needs by executing effective sourcing strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. This role requires a solid understanding of technical roles and skills to identify, assess, and engage talent in fields such as IT, digital transformation, and engineering. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring needs and technical role requirements. Prepare and publish job postings on appropriate platforms (e. g. , LinkedIn, job portals, universities).
Source candidates through databases, professional networks, and social media platforms. Conduct initial CV screenings and preliminary interviews (phone, video, or in-person). Schedule and follow up on interviews with hiring managers and assist in the evaluation process. Manage job offers, candidate acceptance, and onboarding documentation. Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and key performance indicators. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs. Support employer branding initiatives and enhance the overall candidate experience. Participate in job fairs, university events, and graduate outreach initiatives. Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering. 2 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to technical hiring. Good knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern sourcing techniques. Strong communication and assessment skills with a professional approach to candidate evaluation. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Required Skills: Advanced analytical and evaluation skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
