Oriented in attracting and retaining the most talented people.MAIN OBJECTIVE: manage and strengthen relationships with Caribbean and Central America´s most important accounts through personalized and highly strategic service to maximize value for both parties.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The position is responsible for the prospection, management, and development of Key Accounts in the Caribbean and Central America. As well as supporting the Commercial Manager in new business and opportunities/customers, aligned with the strategy.Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and maximize customer value.Identify opportunities and present new solutions and services to Key Accounts, aligning them with customer needs and business goals.Develop and guide the long-term plans and Annual Operating Plans, business strategies, channel management, policies, and programs of Key Accounts.Lead negotiations with Key Accounts to secure long-term partnerships.Ensure the development and maintenance of long and short-term forecasts regarding volume, market share, and organizational plans, and monitor the projected effects of these forecasts, investment, revenues, and profitability.Manage internal budgets, establishing performance timelines and objectives.Conduct regular customer meetings, provide progress reports, and analyze customer data to inform strategyREQUIREMENTS:Degree holder: Economics, Customer Relationship, Business Administration, or MarketingMinimum 3 years of experience in commercial or sales-related positions managing accounts Experience in B2B, Food industries, or FMCG industries.
