About the RoleEl Salvador Technologies is hiring motivated, detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Logistics and Operations Coordinators. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every trip runs smoothly—from planning and execution to real-time coordination and issue resolution. You will serve as a critical link between our partners, internal teams, and on-the-ground transportation activity. $900 USD/monthWhat You’ll DoMonitor and coordinate live transportation logistics across North AmericaEnsure trips launch and run on time, and proactively respond to service issues or delaysServe as a point of contact for partner drivers, vendors, and internal stakeholdersTrack real-time trip milestones and communicate updates or changes as neededDocument incidents, exceptions, and actions taken for quality and reporting purposesCollaborate with customer support, billing, and service operations to ensure seamless executionIdentify patterns or recurring issues and propose operational improvementsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, operations coordination, or transportation support preferredExcellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, real-time settingStrong written and verbal communication in English (C1+ required)Calm under pressure, decisive in urgent situations, and solution-orientedFamiliarity with logistics platforms, GPS systems, or operations software is a plusWillingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends or overnight shifts as neededGrowth mindset and a strong sense of ownershipWork EnvironmentFull-time, based in our San Salvador officeFirst 90 days:
