With 50,000 experts in 30 countries, we develop innovative and sustainable technological solutions for our customers.🎯 AssignmentsWe are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer for one of our clients in the building and energy infrastructure sector.Your main responsibilities include:Designing and dimensioning electrical installations, including low and medium voltage systems (LV/MV), lighting, data networks, access control, and fire detection systems.Preparing technical drawings, specifications, and calculation notes using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Caneco/Dialux.Coordinating with other disciplines (HVAC, plumbing, architecture, structure) to ensure fully integrated design solutions.Participating in client meetings and technical discussions.Following up on site execution and supporting commissioning activities when required.👤 The profileBackground Master of Science in Electrical Engineering.Must HaveMinimum 5 years of experience in the technical design of electrical installations for buildings or infrastructure projects.Solid knowledge of design codes and standards for electrical systems.Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical calculation tools (Caneco, Dialux, etc.).Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.Quality-driven mindset with a customer-focused and team-oriented attitude.Fluency in French or Dutch, with good command of English.Nice to HavePrevious experience in energy infrastructure projects or industrial environments.Knowledge of BIM methodologies.Experience supporting construction follow-up and commissioning.🌍 Working environment at AkkodisA direct link with a Business Manager for personalised support.Technical training to develop your skills.Career prospects and a stimulating environment.A corporate culture focused on safety, quality, and innovation.
