Electrical Engineer

Company OverviewWe are an Engineering and Construction company, offering design, management and consulting within the Industrial Power and Utilities space. Our team has been around for 30+ years, and continuing to grow. We are looking to add another Electrical Engineer to the mixture.Position OverviewThis Electrical Engineer will be responsible to design, develop, and manage electrical systems and equipment in various industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power engineering and a passion for innovative solutions in electrical infrastructures.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement electrical systems and components to meet project specifications.Conduct power system studies, including load flow, short circuit, and protection coordination analysis.Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure timely project delivery.Develop and review design documentation including schematics, plans, and specifications.Perform testing and validation of electrical systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including IEEE and NEC.Manage project budgets and resources effectively to achieve project goals.Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Proven experience in industrial electrical engineering, specifically in power systems.Strong knowledge of power distribution, generation, and transformer systems.Familiarity with IEEE and NEC standards.Experience in designing and implementing protection relay systems.Proficient in electrical design software and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Benefits401kPTO$90-120kBonus structureHealthcare packagesEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
