Job Description

We are looking for Electrical Engineers to join our team in Tampere through the VIE program.The VIE program is a French government–supported international assignment scheme that enables young professionals from France or the EEA to work abroad for 6–24 months while gaining valuable industry experience.As an Electrical Engineer, you will work on a variety of projects related to electrical network design and analysis, utilizing NEPLAN and other industry-standard tools. The role may also involve supporting installation supervision and commissioning activities, depending on project needs.In your application, let us know what type of tasks and areas of expertise you’d like to focus on.Depending on your interests, your role could include, for example:Electrical network design using NEPLANCalculation, modeling, and analysis of power systemsSupport for installation supervision and commissioning phasesDesign tasks related to substations, power plants, or industrial facilitiesThe following qualifications will help you succeed in this role:Relevant degree (Master of Science in Electrical Power Engineering)Knowledge of modern electricity network calculation software, such as NEPLANStrong teamwork skills, initiative, and problem-solving mindsetA customer-focused approach and willingness to take responsibilityFluent English skills, both spoken and writtenExperience in the design, installation supervision, or commissioning of electrical networks or systems in oil refineries, power plants, or substations is considered a significant advantage.
